1、 Overview of the use of GCK (L) 1 low-voltage withdrawable switchgear
GCK (L) 1 low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used as a load center or control center distribution or control device for three-phase four wire or three-phase five wire systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V and below. This device is used for power distribution and control in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, large buildings and other places.
2、 Usage conditions
The environmental humidity should not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed+35 ℃
Altitude not exceeding 2000m
Relative humidity not exceeding 85%
No significant vibration or turbulence, and the installation inclination does not exceed 5 °
3、 Structural features
The basic cabinet of the device is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates that have been galvanized or imported aluminum coated zinc plates that have been stamped and formed. It is assembled using standardized C-shaped profiles with an E=25mm template, and the structural components have strong universality.
The overall cabinet is divided into a top horizontal busbar room and a control busbar room. The right side of the rear cabinet is sealed with flame-retardant transparent polycarbonate and separated by independent units made of steel plates to ensure safe use. Each functional unit has a door and is mechanically interlocked with the main switch to prevent the main switch from being pulled out of the operating position with load or inserted when the main switch is in the closed state.
The insertion or extraction of functional units is operated by the lever of the dial plate. The height of the functional unit is ≥ 16E and there are levers above and below, making the operation lightweight and flexible. The functional unit has three obvious positions, namely the connection position, the experimental position, and the separation position. The indicator instruments, buttons, indicator lights, and other components are mounted on a movable control panel, which is installed on the front of each functional unit and can be inserted or removed together with the unit, making maintenance extremely convenient. The cabinet frame is a combination assembly structure, and all the structures of the cabinet frame have been treated with zinc. They are connected to each other through self tapping screws or 8.8 grade hex screws to form a basic cabinet frame. Then, according to the requirements of the scheme, corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, installation brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to assemble into a complete device. The internal component dimensions and compartment dimensions of the device are digitized using templates (module unit E=25mm)
