1、 Overview and purpose
This device is used in systems with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz and a rated working voltage of 660V or below, for the control of power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and energy consumption equipment.
In addition to general land use, this device can also be used for offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment. This device includes fixed partition technology and drawer technology. The use of materials can be divided into steel plate structures and plastic structures.
This device complies with the national standards IEC439 and GB7251.1, as well as the professional standard ZBK36001-89.
2、 Usage conditions
The ambient temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃ The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃.
The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ℃. However, considering temperature changes, condensation may occasionally occur.
This device is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: within the range of -25 ℃ to+55 ℃, it can reach+70 ℃ in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). If the device suffers any irreparable damage at these extreme temperatures, it should be able to work normally under normal conditions.
3、 Structural features
The basic cabinet frame of the device is a combination assembly structure, and all the structures of the cabinet frame have been galvanized. They are connected to each other through self tapping screws or 8.8 grade hex screws to form the basic cabinet frame. Then, according to the requirements of the scheme, corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, installation brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to assemble the complete device. The internal component dimensions and compartment dimensions of the device are modularized (modulus unit E=25mm)
